Description
The dataset contains experimental speckle and spectral measurement data acquired from on-chip disorder-based photonic spectrometers using optical instrumental analysis. The measurements were obtained by coupling tunable laser light into the fabricated photonic devices and recording the resulting speckle patterns using an infrared InGaAs camera system over a range of wavelengths.
The data are provided in MATLAB (.mat) format and include calibrated transmission matrices, reconstructed spectra, and processed speckle intensity distributions used for spectral reconstruction and analysis.
The files can be opened using MATLAB (MathWorks). Some datasets may also be accessible using Python libraries such as SciPy and NumPy that support MATLAB file formats.
