Description
This is the fully anonymised dataset from Study 3 within the paper 'Participation in a Nationwide Workplace Step Count Competition is Associated with Improved Physical Fitness and Mental Wellbeing: A Repeated-Measures Analysis'.
Sheet 1 explains the numerical codes used to reflect demographic categories.
Sheet 2 features the Physical Fitness test scores of participants at each timepoint, and their total reported step counts over that duration.
Sheet 3 includes the Mental Wellbeing Scale scores of participants at each timepoint, the adjusted scores (in line with SWEMWBS guidelines) and the total reported step counts of participants over that duration.
