Description
Contents of readme file:
This file contains the EPR data supporting Overcoming the lanthanide challenge: Design of a site selective heterochromic bimetallic lanthanide coiled coil with nanometer-scale control by A. F. Peacock and co-workers.
The data is sorted into folders according to the peptide name:
LS2-1,3 is LS2_13
LS2-1,4 is LS2_14
LS2-1,5 is LS2_15
LS3-1,6 is LS3_16
The data is further sorted by year for the W-band (HiPER) data or into a “Q-band” folder for LS3-1,6 where data is also taken at Q-band EPR frequencies.
The Q-band data is in Bruker format of .DSC and .DTA which can be read by the properitery software and also with the free software EasySpin running in Matlab amongst other programmes. The .DSC contains the metadata and can be opened in a text editor. The Echo-detected fieldswept data is included.
The HiPER data is in the form of .txt files. The data is further explained in the Excel file called ExperimentalDataNotesHiPER. The averaged DEER (PELDOR) data is saved as a .dat file and shown in a .png. Some DEER files used “trimmed data” explained in column X of the Excel. These are averaged and given as .dat files too. These were the files used for distance distribution extraction. The HiPER folders contain the ED-FS and Tm data too.
