Description
Data and code underpinning Smith & Pulver (2026b).
Code is organised by figure representing the post-processing of calcium and electrophysiology data into frequency, duration, changes in IF, correlation, and changes in the competition dynamics based upon optogenetic manipulations.
Data is organised into the following folder structure with explicit file names used directly with the code. The folder names in the file are structured along the core datasets containing the raw dataview trace files for all calcium imaging and electrophysiology:
- Dual Colour Data (Figure 3)
- Event Scope Data (Figure 3D)
- TDC-CsChrimson (Brain Only) (Figure 8)
- TDC-CsChrimson (VNC Only) (Figure 8)
- TDC-CsChrimson (Figure 4, 5, 6, 7)
- TDC -GtCAR1 (Figure 4,5,6,7)
All .csv files are explicitly labelled and are all analysis used directly in the code and derived from the presented trace files.
