Code is organised by figure representing the post-processing of calcium and electrophysiology data into frequency, duration, changes in IF, correlation, and changes in the competition dynamics based upon exogenous drug application of OA/TA.
Data is organised into the following folder structure with explicit file names used directly within the code:
- OA Core Data: contains all the calcium imaging traces, sequence information, count, electrophysiology nerve root recordings.
- TA Core Data: contains all the calcium imaging traces, sequence information, count, electrophysiology nerve root recordings.
- OA IF: contains sequence processing and data on instantaneous frequency dynamics under OA application.
- TA IF: contains sequence processing and data on instantaneous frequency dynamics under TA application.
- TA Long Perfusion: contains sequence processing and data on the effects of long TA perfusion.
