The analysis presented in chapter 5 from doctoral thesis entitled 'Zika Virus Recombination - From Cultured Cells to Whole Mosquitoes' is based on this NGS data (Zika01-10 and S1-20, paired-end reads, trimmed by 5% at each end). File names and the corresponding content of each sample are detailed in Table 5.1 in the thesis.
