Modelling cancer cell dormancy in mice: heavy-tailed distributions and the role of cancer cell death in reactivation times (code)

MATLAB implementation of a mathematical framework for modelling cancer cell dormancy and reactivation. The code integrates stochastic dormancy-time distributions, cancer cell loss, and proliferation, and applies particle swarm optimisation to fit model predictions to experimental data under different biological scenarios.
