Description
EM.zip contains images and data file taken with electron microscopes. EBSD files need EDAX OIM analysis software to open. Emd files in TEM folder needs Velox software. Tiff files xan be accessed without any software.
TGA.zip contains data obatined from TGA analysis and is excel files.
XRD.zip contains powder x-ray diffraction pattern (.xrdml) which can be accessed with XRD softwares such as Single Crystal, Jana2006 and Panalytical X'pert.
