Description
The data was collected throught experimental characterisation or numerical modelling using Ansys Lumerical FDTD, as described in the main manuscript.
The data is stored in the following formats: Raw ellipsometry data and ellipsomtery model information is stored in a propriatary format from Woollam and requires the CompleteEase software to be opened.
Extracted permittivity data, as well as all transmission data (both experimental and numerical) and field distirbution data (numerical) are all stored in an Excel spreadsheet and can be opened using microsoft office (or compatible software).
