This archive contains the data collected on 19 July 2026 at the:
>IETF126/Vienna Hackathon event\
>https://wiki.ietf.org/en/meeting/126/hackathon
The archive contains data from the successful completion of a
demonstration to show:
- Use of DNS for ILNP: L64 and NID Resource Records in response to a
FQDN resolution.
- L64 and NID values converted IPv6 address values: libc/getaddrinfo(3)
modifications that present Identifier-Locator Vector (I-LV) values
as IPv6 addresses.
- IPv6 applications working over ILNP: Operation of traceroute6 and
iperf3 (TCP and UDP) over ILNP using unmodified IPv6 binaries. The
end-systems created ILNP socket end-points, so dynamic multihoming
enabling multipath operation for TCP and UDP flows was possible,
as well as use of ephemeral NID (eNID) values for improved identity
privacy.
As well as the `.pcap` files, additional graphs, program output,
graphics, and videos are included in this archive.
