Description

This is a forked repository of the astrophysics SPH code Phantom (Price et al. 2018). All new developments associated with this RHD scheme are contained here. The major files involved are in the directory src/main: photoionize_cmi.F90, kdtree_cmi.f90, hnode_cmi.f90, heating_cooling_cmi.f90, utils_cmi.f90.
Other modified files include: step_leapfrog.F90, deriv.F90, kdtree.F90, force.F90.
Fortran code files can be opened using any code editor.
Extra lines need to be added in phantom/build/Makefile to compile the code with CMacIonize (Vandenbroucke & Wood 2018). Instructions on how to do so can be found in the file in this repo named "phantom_cmi_compilation_instructions.txt".
