This release archives the R scripts and datasets used in the manuscript:
"Response of natural estuarine microphytobenthic biofilms to multiple anthropogenic stressors"
It includes:
All processed data used in the analysis (e.g., Fv/Fm, NDVI, carbohydrates, shear stress, macrofauna)
R scripts for Bayesian and frequentist models
Plot generation scripts for each figure
A project file (.Rproj) and a README.md with instructions
This release is intended for reproducibility and open access through Zenodo.
To reproduce manuscript results, follow the script loading order detailed in the README.md.
