Description
This dataset contains numerical data, plotting scripts, and figure files underpinning selected results in the doctoral thesis “Developing and Validating Models of Open Quantum Systems in Solid-State Nanostructures”.
The archive is organised by thesis chapter and figure. Each figure directory contains the relevant plotted figure, numerical data used to generate it, scripts where available, and a README describing the deposited files. File formats include plain-text data files, NumPy data files, PDF figures, Python scripts, shell/SLURM scripts, and Jupyter notebooks.
The Python scripts require a standard scientific Python environment, including NumPy and Matplotlib, with additional dependencies indicated by the scripts where relevant. Some generation scripts document calculations performed with external numerical tools such as ACE; the deposited data and plotted figures are included so that the results can be inspected without rerunning every calculation.
No personal, sensitive, or confidential data are included.
