The attached data files underpin the publication “Impurity Band Formation as a Route to Thermoelectric Power Factor Enhancement in n‐type XNiSn Half‐Heuslers”.
The following file types and formats are included:
- X-ray diffraction files: *.raw (proprietary format, Bruker), can be converted to asci format using open source software, such as powDLL.
- Data files: *.oggu (proprietary format, Origin).
