Data Underpinning - Holographic Photonic Ceramic Metasurfaces for Challenging Environments

The data include a number of text files and images, related to: the designed phase profile of the hologram; the optical response of the meta-atoms vs radius; ellipsometry data of the deposited thin films of ZrO2, XRD data of the films and associated AFM data, for different temperatures; diffraction efficiencies of gratings realised on ZrO2, after exposure to a variety of environmental conditions (temperature and pH).
