Description

The following parameters are included:
Sample_ID: Unique sample identification code
Gear_type: BC - box corer, GR - grab sampler, MC - multi corer, VG - video grab
Latitude - lLatitude in WGS84
Longitude - Longitude in WGS84
Water_depth - Water depth in metres (not necessarily corrected for tide)
Depth_from_cm - Upper limit of sediment depth interval in cm
Depth_to_cm - Lower limit of sediment depth interval in cm
TOC_pc - Measured total organic carbon content in weight-%
OML_pc - Measured content of labile organic matter in weight-%
OMrecal_pc - Measured content of recalcitrant organic matter in weight-%
OMref_pc - Measured content of refractory organic matter in weight-%
OMR_pc - Sum of OMrecal_pc and OMref_pc
OMtot_pc - Total content of organic matter in weight-%
CRI - Carbon reactivity index
