Description
This dataset, is related to the thesis 'Temporal correlations in open quantum systems'. It contains the following:
Python code (.py format) for calculating charge transfer dynamics for a molecular fork model, as described in Chapter 6 of the above thesis. The output files are .pdf format plots of (1) the change in populations as a function of times, and (2) population differences with and without an infrared drive as a function of electronic coupling strength.
The code and output data can be used and read on any standard laptop/computer with Python installed.
