These data and R scripts are intended to reproduce the analyses carried out in chapters 2, 3 & 4 of the thesis "Biodiversity change in Neotropical freshwater systems". These analyses were conducted using R software. Data are provided in .csv & .RData, therefore some files might require R to be open properly. - More information at the read me file.
