Description
This repository contains the code and data needed for the analysis of the expert-scoring data from controlled exposure experiments on bottlenose dolphins in Barataria Bay, Louisiana, USA, in 2022-2023. The analysis aims to assess the effects of various health metrics (lung disease, dysfunction of the hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenal axis, and overall health scores) on the threshold of response for different behavioural metrics
