A general purpose numerical code written in Python3.0 for computing the surface deflection angle for an idealised ocean subject to surface wind stress. Full details are forthcoming in a paper by Adrian Constantin, David Dritschel and Nathan Paldor in Geophysical Research Letters (anticipated 2020)
