Yumiko Fujita Imanishi is pleased to share that her academic blog post, Doctoral Journeys – Beyond the Doctorate: Sarah Mercer, was published in the St Andrews Journal of International and Language Education (SAJILE) on 6 March 2026.
She expresses her deep gratitude to Professor Mercer for her generous participation in this project.

Yumiko Fujita Imanishi is delighted to share that the reflective writings—written individually by her students as co‑researchers and by herself about the projects conducted as part of a one‑year Exploratory Action Research initiative—have been published in the latest issue of Learning Learning (32.2) on the Learner Development SIG website of the Japan Association for Language Teaching (JALT).
She wishes to express her sincere gratitude to the academic community for enabling her to realise what she aspired to achieve through Exploratory Action Research.
