Workshop on UNIX Shell and Git for the Neural Circuits of Disease Laboratory at the University of St Andrews

This workshop is organised for the researchers from the Neural Circuits of Disease Laboratory (https://ncdl.net/).

At this workshop, we will be following teaching materials and pedagogical approach by The Carpentries (https://carpentries.org/) - an international volunteer-based community whose members are involved in teaching foundational computational and data science skills to researchers. Note however, that this training is not a full scale Software Carpentry workshop, and we will not cover programming.
