The next talk at Signal Tower Museum will be delivered by Dr Derek Patrick, Lecturer of Scottish History at the University of Dundee.
Dr Patrick is a founding member of the Great War Dundee Commemorative Project and one of two advisors to the BBC for the project. He was a co-recipient of the Stephen Fry Award for Public Engagement and wrote the WW 100 Scotland brochure on the Battle of Loos.
He will deliver a talk on Field Marshal Horatio Herbert Kitchener and his Volunteer Army during WW1.
The talk is on Tuesday 24th May at 2pm and admission is free. Booking is essential as spaces are limited.
