Professor Eric Priest (School of Mathematics & Statistics) delivered a special lecture at the Norwegian Academy of Science and Letters. Eric gave The Birkeland Lecture 2016 – named in honour of the great Norwegian scientist and entrepreneur Kristian Birkeland - on the subject ‘Our Dynamic Sun’.
