Tagging of Pacific Pelagics (TOPP) Member of Scientific Steering Committee. (TOPP is a large multidisciplinary program run from Stanford and UCSC, funded from a range of sources both governmental and Foundations including Alfred P. Sloan Foundation, the David and Lucile Packard Foundation, the Gordon and Betty Moore Foundation, NOAA's Office of Exploration, the California Sea Grant program, the Office of Naval Research, and the National Oceanographic Partnership Program.). The projects bring together more than 50 PIs with studies across more than 20 top predators in the pacific.
