Set up (February 2005) a Russian and East European Research Seminar at St Andrews; this in some way continues my Slavonic Linguistics Seminar, which I set up many years ago and ran for about ten years, it leading to four editions of collected papers, namely two volumes of Papers in Slavonic Linguistics, a Festschrift, and a volume of Internatiional Conference papers
