Description

The Royal Historical Society publishes peer-reviewed monographs, arising from selectively chosen PhD dissertations, in its Studies in History series (publisher: Boydell and Brewer).

As a member of the editorial board of this publication series I have a full voice in deciding on the expert evaluation of proposals and doctoral dissertations. All authors are mentored by a member of the board through the process of revising their dissertations into suitable form for monograph publication; when a proposal in my general field is accepted for the series I take on the task of mentoring that author.
