Description
On the Body was a one-day interdisciplinary conference on race and racism in medicine and the humanities.The day was about connecting the dots, teaching and learning, with insights and attendees welcome from medicine, literature, history, geography, and much more. The event was organised by myself (Mathilde Lyons) and my colleague Jess Cox, kindly funded by the Centre on the Dynamics of Ethnicity (CoDE) at the University of Manchester, and hosted by the University of Dundee in order to reach as many students as possible, as well as those from St Andrews.
