Prof Ferguson was invited to Washington DC by the International Corporate Accountability Roundtable (ICAR) in Sept 2016 to participate in a working group, made up of national human rights institutions and government representatives from around the world, in order to develop global policy/guidance on National Action Plans in the area of business and human rights.
