In June of 2006 I co-chaired two conferences at the Royal United Services Institute (London), one on Intelligence and Terrorism and the other on Terrorism and Energy Security.Both were under Chatham House rules. I organized many conferences and workshops in the past, both in academia (PIOOM) and in international organizations (UN and ISPAC).
