Description

Dr Ifeoma Ugwu has been awarded the University of St Andrews Global Fellowship Award for a month-long research visit to the School of Earth and Environmental Science.
Dr Ugwu is a geochemist and petrologist who studies, and numerically models high- and low-temperature-pressure interactions between water, minerals and elements (including isotopes) on Earth’s surface with application to environmental remediation, ore exploration and extraction. Dr Ugwu has over a decade of experience as a teacher and lecturer and currently works as a Lecturer at the Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT), Nigeria.

She will be hosted by Dr Onyedika Igbokwe and Dr Catherine Rose
