Description

The result of collaboration between CRASSH and the United Photo Industries (New York), Human Flows is a juried-competition based photographic exhibition held at the Alison Richard Building from February 7 to April 1 2013.

Flows are an integral property of the human experience. They influence our actions as individuals and as a society. From Dance to Migration, from Energy to Pilgrimage, flows can take many forms. Flows may be voluntary or forced, invited or constrained. Human Flows is a photography competition and exhibition that explores such flows in all their manifestations. Image categories include: Dance, Body, Energy, Migration, Pilgrimage, and Protest.

The exhibition opening will take place on Thursday, February 7th 2013, with a symposium and wine reception in the atrium
