    Property-based welfare and vulnerability in the private rented sector

    Drawing on interviews with landlords and tenants in the UK, we argue that the relationship between their relative economic positions has created complex patterns of welfare and vulnerability which are permeated by insufficiently recognised generational, geographical and class inequalities.
