Description
Policy round tables are an opportunity for projects beneficiaries to actively give advice to the EU institutions on policy issues related to their activities. This way scientists can have their recommendations heard by policy makers. In parallel, these events are also a good opportunity for the EU staff to learn from the researchers and to get fact-based information with strong scientific background on which are the relevant elements to be taken into consideration when developing future policies on a given topic. Usually these policy round tables are attended by staff of different Commission DGs (RTD, CNECT, DEVCO, EAC); we can also invite staff from the External Service.Period | 29 Apr 2019 |
