Helen St Clair Tracy and Andrew Blaikie created a CVI-SIM video on cerebral visual impairment (CVI), commissioned for use by Dr Linda Lawrence in her presentation at the American Academy of Ophthalmology (AAO) conference. The video was designed to simulate the lived experience of visual processing difficulties associated with CVI and was used to support ophthalmologists’ understanding of the condition. The work forms part of the ongoing CVI-SIM project, combining research, lived experience, and visual design for professional education and public engagement.
