The project was cross-curricular for students in S1-3 and teachers selected pupils to take part from across the school years who showed a particular interest in art or music. Pupils explored underlying themes of the opera, humans and their relationship with the natural world, as well as political and environmental ideas around the forestry industry that were part of this particular production.
