Workshop at the Wissenschaftskolleg Berlin

The workshop „Comparative Communication Research“ was held on the 22nd and 23rd of April 2010 at the Wissenschaftskolleg zu Berlin. The workshop aimed to discuss and compare communication skills in animals and humans. Attendants came to explore the degree of complexity and flexibility found in animal and human communication and its evolution. Originally, we invited 10 participants to talk about their most recent research results. Five of these came from institutions in Berlin and five from institutions in other countries.
