Description
Over the last decade, particularly within the last few years, how we engage with the literary 'canon' has changed, ultimately influencing our academic research practices and teaching. How do we encounter the canon, in what ways do we consume it? How do we critically engage with texts that have been and continue to be regarded as key module texts as we teach ever diversifying classrooms? How do we readjust our teaching, in what ways do we re-evaluate our methods? Join Dr Aimee Joyce in conversation with Dr Emily Finer as they discuss the challenges and rewards of continued, critical engagement and reflection on the texts that help shape the university curriculum.Period | 7 Dec 2021 |
