Description

Co-organised with Dr Manon Williams. The internal postgraduate conference was a community building exercise within the School of History and was used to share research which examines the production, transmission, and evaluation of scientific knowledge during the modern period. The conference was organised into several panels, covering the following topics: 'Communities, Complexes, and Networks', 'Authority and Evaluation', and 'Knowledge in Imperial Contexts'. The panels were chaired by Dr Sarah Easterby-Smith, Professor Aileen Fyfe, and Dr Elena Romero-Passerin d'Entreves.
