Does the way we interact with artworks have
implications for our ethical lives?

This postgraduate reading group explored the
intersection of ethics and aesthetics within
the work of several key thinkers within
twentieth century philosophy: Simone Weil,
Iris Murdoch and Martha Nussbaum. The
reading group culminated in a talk from
Professor Sophie Grace Chappell.
