In the activity type 'Membership of research network' I have listed the societies of which I am a current or former member. For this information to be given PURE requires dates to be included. Since I have not kept a record of the dates I joined and left for all the societies which I have been a member of I have put the year 1979 down. Please note that this is not the actual date I joined the societies listed, but a year given to satisfy PURE and to allow me to list the fact of my current or former memberships, irrespective of the dates.
