Academic Representation Conference: 'The Student Partnership Agreement'

Description

I was invited to speak at the inaugural Academic Representation Conference in 2026 as a co-presenter with Ros Claase, the Director of Student Experience, and Lenia Kouneni, the Associate Dean for Education, on the Student Partnership Agreement, of which I was a co-author in the previous year. Our presentation gave a history of the Student Partnership Agreement at the University of St Andrews, the methodology of creating the new Agreement and the ideals and principles that underlie the new Agreement, and how it can be- and has already been implemented across the university's schools and units (for example, our co-creation of the Libraries and Museums Open Forum in Academic Year 2024-5).
