Description

The National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq)
conducted a workshop between March 7th and 9th 2018 to discuss the planning of the
implementation of a Brazilian Synthesis Centre on Biodiversity and Ecosystem Services.
The workshop was attended by members of the scientific community that represent
both, a broad spectrum of scientific expertise, and many geographical locations; as well as
representatives of various governmental and non-governmental agencies.
